    Job Description

    High volume, fast paced automotive dealership is looking for an exceptional finance manager with a proven
    track record. The right candidate will negotiate financing terms for vehicle purchasers, explain the benefits
    of insurance products, and accurately document all aspects of the transaction. 

    Reports to: General Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership
    • Generates additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other insurance products
    • Responsible for obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
    • Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval
    • Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
    • Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction
    • Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc. before forwarding to general office
    • Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the general office
    • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments
    • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
    • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
    • Attends managers meetings
    • Remains fully compliant with Company HR trainings
    • Maintains a professional appearance
    • Other tasks as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • 3+ years prior automotive experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
    • Possess product knowledge, professionalism, and empathy
