Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Summary: Do you love numbers? We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing team. The role of the Accounts Payable Specialist is to enter receipts, PO’s and invoices into the system. This position is responsible for multiple locations and will be required to assist with check runs and document preparation two times a week.
Location: Edwardsville, IL
Position type: Full time, evaluation-hire
Pay: $18/hr - $21/hr, BOE

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications: Experience processing payments and bills, maintaining payroll information, updating/entering payroll records and a working knowledge of Kronos is desired. Maintaining employee and client confidence will be expected, as well as the ability to remain organized and provide excellent customer service. 1 years of previous experience is desired.
